Catalina 445: A Mini ReviewCarol Vernon reviews this spacious cruiser for the CW 2010 Sailboat Show

Twin wheels and large headsails set the Catalina 445 apart from many boats in this size range, while wider stern sections and an optional bow sprit, are in line with the latest trends. The interior layout is similar to larger boats with a u-shaped settee. The largest cabin is forward with the equally large head ensuite. Aft to starboard there is a second head and a double cabin. Aft to port is a space that can convert from a cabin to a storage locker, and is made accessible by a "gull wing" hatch in the cockpit typical of sail locker access.
