These Cruisers Made a Misty Mountain Hop

After a frustrating passage from Malaysia, Duncan and Irene Gould were happy to park their Seatrader 39 Moose in Thailand's Phang Nga Bay.
You don't have to wander far into CW's Logbook section to stumble upon a cruising story that'll make you jealous. One of our most active members, Duncan Gould (aka svmoose), recently returned from Southeast Asia and recounted his experience is a detailed Log Entry. In contrast to some of the other exotic destinations they've visited (Borneo, Tonga, the Galapagos), Duncan and his wife, Irene, found their cruise from Malaysia to Thailand a bit underwhelming. But Duncan's tone instantly changed when he reached Phang Nga Bay, Thailand:

"In this larger bay are all those whimsical limestone formations that look like Chinese mountainscapes. Misty, magical morning views of improbable shapes rising up out of the calm water..."
