Cruising to Bay of Islands

We arrived in Marsden Cove, where Sea Child was sitting quietly awaiting our arrival. After the cursory wash down, provision, and laundry, we are now preparing for our journey north to the Bay of Islands. Yesterday we saw some incredible weather, with 30+ knot gusts of wind from the south! Our itinerary takes us to Whangarei Town Basin, Tutukaka, Poor Knights, then to Bay of Islands. The new toys in the family include a 2nd stand up board! Yes! Now with the double kayak and two SU boards, four of us can be exploring the waters and islands at the same time. Excited to get there!
