Matt Rutherford is in the home stretch on his incredible journey, which he has undertaken to raise money and awareness for a charity, Chesapeake Regional Accessible Boating (CRAB). He is planning on arriving in Annapolis, Maryland, on April 14th, and CW is making plans to meet him there.
