Spring Photo Contest Winner
Here's the winner and some of the judges other top picks.
With over 330 entries, it was extremely hard to pick just one. But after much debate, this stylish black-and-white shot of a man rigging a mainsail by Kat Kiernan of Allston, Massachusetts, was named the winner. This was partly due to the way the image captures the shades of light on a sunny spring day and also for what it represented to our judges: Winter is finally over and months of warm-weather cruising are on the horizon-as soon as the main gets bent on.
