Oriental Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

2 grilled, cubed chicken breasts
2 packets of Ramen noodles
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2/3 cup chopped almonds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Heat oven to 375. On a cookie sheet, combine almonds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds. Bake for 15 minutes. In a large bowl, combine chicken, uncooked Ramen noodles, cabbage, and toasted nuts/seeds. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, and sugar. Pour mixture over contents of large bowl. Stir. Serve.
