White Squall II Curried Rice Salad

My husband and I had this on the White Squall II while sailing on a day trip in BVI.

Curried Rice Salad
(serves 4)

1 cup uncooked rice (cook as directed and cool)

Blend together with fork to make a paste:
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp dry mustard

Add paste to rice; add following to mixture:

1 appled cut into pieces
2 slices pineapple cut into pieces
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp peanuts

Sprinkle with coconut bits and paprika before serving
