Elan 410: A Mini Review
Elan 410 mini 368

The Elan 410, successor to the 3 cabin version of the Elan 40 is a step up in performance and styling. Only inches longer overall, the new hull design boasts over 3' more waterline length, is lighter, and has significantly more sail area. The styling is elegant with the sail control lines led under deck for a cleaner look. The stern sections are fuller, making an already large cockpit even larger, and increasing volume in the aft cabin. The cockpit is open at the transom, the mast is tall and fractional, and the wheel is large, giving the boat a racing demeanor, but she is well appointed for cruising and designed to balance well with a non-overlapping jib.
