Fresh Bananas

While cruising in the San Blas Islands of Panama, Sonny of S/V Valentina went with a local to the mountain to cut down some fresh bananas.  We hang them on the boat for about a week until they ripen....all at once.  Banana bread, banana smoothies, banana in oatmeal, banana pudding...
