Our Independence

The boat is a Cascade 42 lenthened to 49'.  We built "Independence" in the backyard in Independence Oregon and later moved the boat to Seattle.  Next, we lived in the boatyard for another year in a small trailer and launched her in 1985.  Now we live aboard in San Diego and enjoy the wind and sailing.  Next, a cruise to the rest of the world and more fun with sailors and boaters.....
