Two Oceans sail from NW Mexico to SE Caribean

A sail in a 43 foot Voyager Catamaran from Guaymas in the Sea of Cortez, down along the west coast of Central America, through the Panama Canal, and then along the coasts of Columbia and Venezuela to Trinidad.
About a third of the video is devoted to a stop in the San Blas Islands, a truely special place.
