NauticEd, which offers online sailing courses and a network of hands-on training centers, has gained certification through the Royal Yachting Association to teach its curriculum. Now those interested in taking the RYA Day Skipper theory course as a step toward meeting Mediterranean bareboat charter requirements can get started.
