Oyster Yachts has announced the launch of its latest model, the Oyster 805, an 80-foot bluewater sailing yacht designed to combine the luxury of a superyacht with the versatility of a long-range cruiser. Positioned between the existing Oyster 745 and 885 Series II, the new model introduces a fresh level of customization and comfort within a hull length just under 24 meters.
Continuing the company’s partnership with Humphreys Yacht Design, the Oyster 805 features a refined exterior with larger hull ports, expanded Seascape windows, and an evolved deck salon profile. The design maximizes natural light in the main salon, owner’s suite, and guest cabins, while retaining Oyster’s hallmark bluewater capability.

“The Oyster 805 is the yacht I dreamed of when I took the helm at Oyster—she’s striking, luxurious, and built to take you anywhere,” said Richard Hadida, owner and chairman of Oyster Yachts.
On deck, the yacht includes several new features designed for offshore comfort and entertainment. A sunken tender well forward converts to a lounge space, while a new daybed in the center cockpit, protected by a fixed, solar-powered Starlight Bimini, offers a shaded area for dining or relaxing underway. Newly introduced “Wing Seats” near the helm provide unobstructed views for skippers or guests.

The yacht’s twin-access transom platform, inspired by larger superyacht designs, allows for easy boarding, swimming, or launching watercraft. With multiple keel options, including a shoal draft version, the 805 can access shallower anchorages while remaining compliant with Europe’s seagrass protection regulations.

Belowdecks, owners can choose from a variety of layout options within four en-suite cabins. Flexible accommodations allow for dedicated spaces such as a home office, gym, or private library. A day bar option in the salon offers separation from the galley while improving guest access to refreshments.
“The Oyster 805 combines our classic styling with superyacht thinking and innovation into an 80-foot yacht, while delivering everything Oyster stands for: strength of construction, world-class craftsmanship, and the confidence to explore the world,” said CEO Ashley Highfield.

The yacht will feature Oyster’s integrated CZone-managed digital switching system, known as Oyster Command, allowing control of systems via a touchscreen or the Oyster mobile app. Connectivity options include satellite, Wi-Fi, and infotainment systems suitable for liveaboard work or remote cruising.

Expected to launch its first hull in 2027, the Oyster 805 will be built to order.
