Steve Callahan, longtime CW contributer and former senior editor, also serves as a judge in the annual CW Boat of the Year competition for new production models. Steve has lived aboard, raced shorthanded, designed and built boats, and voyaged over 80,000 miles offshore. He’s contributed to a number of books and speaks about many topics including seamanship, survival, voyaging prep, heavy weather, multihulls, and design issues. He also speaks about his books, Capsized and Adrift, the latter his account of surviving 76 days at sea in an inflatable liferaft. Adrift was on the New York Times bestseller list for more than thirty-six weeks, has been published in 14 languages, and is viewed by many as the model for the new wave of non-fiction adventure books.
Costs vary upon arrangement.
