The intrepid solo voyager passes another milestone on day 113 of her non-stop circumnavigation.
On Monday, January 7, intredpid solo-sailor Jeanne Socrates rounded Cape Horn during her third attempt at a non-stop, unassisted circumnavigation beneath the five Great Capes. And, oh yeah, she’s 70 years old.
I noticed a ship heading our way- CPA under1.5 ml in 45 mins… that’s too close in my book!
The autopilot rudder bar display disappeared again – while in ‘Standby’ and under windsteering….grrr!!
