You — or someone who cares about you — still have time to sign up for the popular diesel engine workshop for women March 15 to 16, 2014, at Mack Boring and Parts Company in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The program presented by the National Women’s Sailing Association and Mack Boring needs at least 7 and not more than 15 participants to take place.
The workshop introduces you to diesel engines and their maintenance, with lots of hands-on opportunities to do the work yourself. Review of the engine’s lubrication, fuel, cooling and electrical systems is included. Cost covers a take-home reference manual and refreshments. The two-day event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. For details and directions contact the NWSA.
