Inspired by a 30-foot wooden ocean racer built in 1935 called Babe, the redesigned S&S 30 boasts classic, traditional lines and was conceived for weekend cruising, club racing, and pleasant daysails. The late Olin J. Stephens II claimed that Babe was one of his favorite all-time projects, and we can certainly see why. The Sparkman and Stephens 30 is part of Cruising World's 2013 New Boat Showcase.
