1 jigger** gin
1/2 jigger cherry brandy
1/2 jigger mixed fruit juice (orange, lime, and pineapple)
A couple of drops each of Cointreau and Benedictine
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice of peeled, fresh pineapple
Mix first five ingredients using the ratios listed above. Pour over ice into a tall glass (or make a large batch and pour into an iced pitcher). Garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple. Look for a wicker chair on a shady verandah, kick back, take a slow sip, and let your mind drift.
**A jigger equals 1.5 to 2 ounces.
