This year’s Florida West Coast Gam will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 2011 at the Isles Yacht Club, in Punta Gorda, Florida. Feature presenters will be well-known cruising guide author, Claiborne Young, and Caribbean cruisers John and Ann Taylor. Young will share his intimate knowledge of cruising the east coasts of the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. The Taylors will share their experiences on choosing, outfitting, and resources needed to cruise aboard their 44-foot sailboat, Living The Dream. There will be additional presentations on topics of special interest to cruisers. Whether you are just starting cruising, or are an experienced cruiser, the gam will be of interest to you.
