We all know the destructive properties of salt water. Hence a key selling point for a boat that has only ever been used in fresh water.
That’s the case with this 2003 Dauntless 180, which is for sale at an asking price of $22,100. According to the seller—who works for Harken (note the logo on the outboard engine)—the 135-hp Mercury Optimax has about 600 hours of use on it. The prop is three-blade stainless steel.

For the past four years, the owner says, the boat has been stored indoors with climate control. The lighted stereo speakers on the black Stryker T-top have never been used, nor has the Sony Bluetooth stereo in the dash. The owner also says the plumbed livewell is unused.
Additional electronics include a Garmin GPSMap plotter at the helm, and the boat is advertised as having “many new cushions,” LED lights, and a galvanized EZ Loader Trailer with new tires.
