At the 20th conference of the International Cartographic Association held in Beijing China last August, Imray Laurie Norie and Wilson, Ltd. won an award for excellence in cartography for their chart C15: The Solent. The winner of this award was selected by the delegates of the conference. This chart was compiled digitally in Universal Systems CARIS software. Gradually all Imray charts are being converted into this digital format to the same design and standard as chart C15.
